Before you begin your hypnotherapy sessions, you will need an initial consultation appointment which I offer for free and at no obligation to you.  This can be online or in person.

This will give you the chance to make sure that I am the right therapist for you. During the session, I will ask questions to gain insight into your health history which will allow me to tailor a plan to suit your needs. I will also give an explanation of how the brain works and importantly, how solution focused hypnotherapy will help you to quickly feel calmer and more in control and able to reach your goals. 

 

I will also give you a free audio download to help you start your journey towards a calmer which will enhance the work we do in our clinical sessions.
