What do sessions feel like?

My goal is for you to leave every session feeling lighter, clearer and more empowered.
Where we meet:
Sessions last about 55 minutes and can be held in person at my clinic in Emsworth or online. Both online or in person sessions are equally effective. The most important thing is that you are in a space where you feel comfortable and focused.
What’s been good?
We focus on "what’s been good" in your week, helping to identify the changes you are already making to move closer to your goals. This helps train your brain to notice progress. By leaving the problems at the door, we give you the space to focus on what you really want to achieve.
Empowerment through understanding
During our sessions, I share the neuroscience behind your experiences because when you understand how your brain functions, you are empowered to control it. I use solution focused questioning to help you refine your next steps, incorporating elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to give you practical tools for permanent and rapid change.
Relaxation and hypnosis
Hypnosis is the part of the session where we bring everything together. While our conversation helps you identify your goals, the relaxation helps your brain put those changes into practice. During the guided trance, your mind becomes much more receptive to positive ideas. This allows the subconscious to align with the goals we’ve discussed. It makes the work of change feel much less like an uphill struggle.
You are always in control
The beauty of this therapy is that no one tells you what to do. The solutions come from you. My job is to help you identify those goals and then help you make them happen. By the time we finish, you will have a clear sense of direction and purpose and a clear, focused mindset.
